About Mawared Academy

We are one of the initiatives of Jisr Company. Mawared Academy was established with the aim of supporting and empowering HR leaders with the tools and creating future leaders who are familiar with the latest practices and technologies in the world of HR with local expertise and a national identity to meet the needs of the Saudi labor market and the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Mawared Academy is the first institution in Saudi Arabia that specializes in providing educational and training programs to build a generation of human resources leaders in various establishments. Its programs target all employees in human resources departments, regardless of their specializations and experience levels, from beginners to those with intermediate experience, all the way to experts.

Mawared Academy offers a range of educational programs consisting of several levels. The study at the academy depends on recorded online lessons prepared by a group of human resources experts, in addition to live interactive sessions. At the end of the programs, the academy provides a certificate of experience after passing the test prepared for each educational level and completing the applied project within the various programs.
